About

Split can be loud. Fast. Busy.
This tour is none of that.
In just half an hour, you’ll be high above the city—surrounded by hills, stone houses, and silence. This is a place where families have lived for centuries, and where a few still return to live, cook, and care for the land.
You’ll visit a nearly-abandoned village where homes date back to the 14th century. You’ll meet a local family who’ll welcome you like they do old friends. And you’ll learn to make soparnik—a traditional dish protected by UNESCO, baked under ash, filled with local chard, and made by hand.
This isn’t a cooking class.
It’s lunch as it used to be.
There will be stories.
There will be wine.
There might be donkeys.
And there will be a moment when you stop and think,
“Why don’t we live like this more often?”
You’ll come to eat.
You’ll leave with something deeper.
